Description:

It is not able to use workbench to stop the server.

After clicked the "stop server", the following message displayed:

2018-12-01 02:44:13 - Checking server status...
2018-12-01 02:44:13 - MySQL server is currently running
2018-12-01 02:44:18 - Server stop done.
2018-12-01 02:44:18 - Checking server status...
2018-12-01 02:44:18 - MySQL server is currently running
2018-12-01 02:44:18 - Checking server status...
2018-12-01 02:44:18 - MySQL server is currently running

It seems that no instruction is actually passed to the server..

Thank you for the bug report. Please see prior attached pictures which show the service stopped and the restarted.
