This is a known problem, since ACC has been modified not to store primary key data in 5.0 (this is only stored in TUP now). Can you verify that a rolling upgrade still works, as well as restoring a 4.1 backup on a 5.0 system. If these work then this short-coming is not a huge problem, we still have one on-line and one off-line option how to migrate.
