Compare "Table 6.3 Permissible Dynamic Privileges for GRANT and REVOKE" at https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/privileges-provided.html and "Table 13.10 Permissible Dynamic Privileges for GRANT and REVOKE" at https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/grant.html.

As far as I understand, the two tables must be identical, but it appears that the latter one is missing some - for example, BACKUP_ADMIN

Thanks. There are a couple missing in the static-privileges table, too. CREATE/DROP ROLE.
