Description:
In the EER designer it is not possible to scroll horizontally, only vertically.

How to repeat:
On a windows computer (mine is windows 10 with precision touchpad) Create an ER diagram in MySQL Workbench and try to scroll horizontally with the touchpad.

Thank you for the bug report. On my Windows 10 Pro, I place the cursor over the horizontal scrollbar, hold it and then I could scroll it.
