Description:
(Note: Same with Query Browser, but reported seperately under Query Browser category.)

I installed MySQL Administrator and the shortcuts in the start menu of Windows were created in the start menu of the user who installed the program instead of the "All User" start menu.

I tried to move the shortcuts to the "All User" start menu but the shortcuts don't work then with other users but other users can still start MySQL Administrator by double-clicking the executable in Program Files.

How to repeat:
Install Administrator from the msi package.

Try to run when logged in as a different user than the one who installed the software.

Suggested fix:
Create icons in the "All User" start menu or ask during setup where to create.

I have the same issue with version 1.1.1.rc.
I installed MySQL as "Administrator" and expected to be able to work with MySQL as a different user (without reinstalling or creating my own links).

Strangely calling "MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard" works for all users.
