The -T option of mysqldump creates a .sql file and a .txt file which seem to be very suitable for importing via ndb_import, but the page doesn't metion this.
Note that this requires mysqldump to run on the same server as mysqld and requires matching --secure-file-priv settings.

The CREATE TABLE ... LIKE ... limits this to be used on the same server. A mysqldump with --no-data might be another option.
