Description:
A fresh MySQL 8.0.12 installation using MySQL Installer 1.4.27.0 includes an outdated documentation link in the my.ini file.

How to repeat:
Install MySQL using MySQL Installer on Windows, open the my.ini file located in C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0, and under the "Guidelines for editing this file" section, you will see an http link to 5.7 documentation.

Suggested fix:
The link should one, be made https instead of http, and two, link to 8.0 documentation instead of 5.7.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Installer 1.4.28 release, and here's the changelog entry:

The link to documentation within the my.ini file now is redirected to MySQL 8.0
documentation when a server in the MySQL 8.0 release series is installed.

Thank you for the bug report.
