Description:
A user named "newuser" cannot be created in Workbench.

How to repeat:
Open Workbench and go to Users and Privileges. Click Add Account, enter a password, and click Apply. It says the account already exists, which is wrong. It does not exist at this point, so why is it blocking creation? The workaround is to change the Login name, like to newuser2.

Suggested fix:
Fix handling of creation of an account named newuser.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 8.0.14 release, and here's the changelog entry:

The default user name, newuser, was not accepted when it was used to
create a new account.
