"MySQL is available for Microsoft Windows, for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. For supported Windows platform information, see http://www.mysql.com/support/supportedplatforms/database.html." - 

Imho - this is not true because MySQL 8.0 is only available as 64-bit on Windows and which can be confirmed from the referenced link itself i.e from https://www.mysql.com/support/supportedplatforms/database.html

Fixed in the MySQL 8.0 Reference Manual.
