Description:
Icons in Advanced toolbar are never reloaded...

How to repeat:
I open Resultset sheet, then I open Script sheet.
Icons (Continue. Step Over, Step Into, Run until Return and Stop) in Advanced toolbar are never reloaded...

Suggested fix:
View->Disable Advanced Toolbar
View->Enavle Advanced Toolbar

Toolbar is not being repainted when changing from one type of tab to another. When the mouse passes over a button, it appears (creating a very confusing result).

Minimizing and Restoring the window also corrects this (until you change tabs again).
