Description:
Per https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/MySQLInstallerConsole.html
one should be able to issue "MySQLInstallerConsole configure -showsettings server". This does not work.

MySQLInstallerConsole.exe is 1.4.26.0, which also means
1) the MySQL Installer for Windows has still not been updated with the latest installer code of 1.4.27 (per https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql-installer/en/ )
2) the MySQL Installer for Windows is not automatically updating itself when ran silently.
3) Documentation is possibly not correct

How to repeat:
C:\>msiexec /i mysql-installer-community-8.0.12.0.msi /qn

C:\>cd C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows

C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows>MySQLInstallerConsole configure -showsettings server
