Description:
When attempting to use the 'Report a Bug' menu option under 'Help', an error is received that there is no application set to open the URL (malformed mess)

How to repeat:
Run MySQL Workbench. Open the Help menu. Click 'Report a Bug'

Suggested fix:
Make the link correctly formed so it works? The browse bugs link does just fine, even though it weirdly opens it in a tab inside workbench.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 8.0.14 release, and here's the changelog entry:

The Report a Bug action from the Help menu returned an error instead of
opening the MySQL bug database on macOS systems.
