Description:
On notebooks, while modeling tables, the Column details panel is too big and can't be resized.

In Workbench v5, it was at the right of the table columns, that was great.
Now it takes an important part of the screen.

Moreover, it can't be resized (only the columns list can be resized - and I need to resize it every single time to see all of them) and flags are listed twice: on the columns list (shortened) and into the Columns details panel.

How to repeat:
1. Create a new diagram
2. Place a table
3. Open the Table editor double clicking on it, the Column Details appears below the columns list

Suggested fix:
Imho, the best to do is add a button to hide/show the Columns details panel or move it to the right.
Other proposals are welcome.

In earlier versions the layout maintained this field (column details) to the right of the table rows.

+1 really annoying not only on laptop, but also on fullhd desktop screens, when bottom half of Columns tab is unusable due to huge comment text field.
