Description:
On a Windows 10 PC, I had Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redist installed, but when you install C++ 2017 version, it removes C++ 2015.

That means when you download & runs mysql-workbench-community-8.0.12.msi - it would fail because it could not find C++ 2015 installed.

C++ 2015 v14.0.24212.0
C++ 2017 v14.14.26405.0

How to repeat:
Run mysql-workbench-community-8.0.12.msi on a PC with C++ 2017 installed.

See error message - "MySQL Workbench requires the Visual C++ 2015 Redistribute Package to be installed"

Suggested fix:
Modify the installer to accept 2017 as the new version for 2015.
