Description:
Please add a manifest.

How to repeat:
Open Task Manager and you will see "Operating system context" listed as Windows Vista, which means no manifest is embedded in mysqld.exe. You'll need to right click the columns in Task Manager - "Select columns" - to show Operating system context.

Suggested fix:
Add a manifest to MySQLWorkbench.exe.

No manifest example - shows as Vista.
