Description:
Configuring with cmake 3.12.1 give a few new warnings:

CMake Warning (dev) at /usr/share/cmake-3.12/Modules/CheckIncludeFiles.cmake:110 (message):
  Policy CMP0075 is not set: Include file check macros honor
  CMAKE_REQUIRED_LIBRARIES.  Run "cmake --help-policy CMP0075" for policy
  details.  Use the cmake_policy command to set the policy and suppress this
  warning.

CMake Warning (dev) at CMakeLists.txt:241 (PROJECT):
  Policy CMP0048 is not set: project() command manages VERSION variables.
  Run "cmake --help-policy CMP0048" for policy details.  Use the cmake_policy
  command to set the policy and suppress this warning.

Error copying directory from "router/src/harness/tests/plugins/include" to "bin/router/include/mysql/harness".

How to repeat:
Use cmake 3.12.1

Suggested fix:
Fix policies, add VERSION to PROJECT, don't try to copy non-existing directories.

Fixed in 8.0.13.

Configuration/build cleanup. No changelog entry needed.
