Description:
MySQL is working fine until I stop the server for any reason. Then it fails to connect until I completely uninstall and re-install. This makes the product completely unusable. If you need more details, feel free to email me at tmtmarcoe80@gmail.com

How to repeat:
Installing the product, connect, stop the server for any reason and try to reconnect. After that I need to completely uninstall and re-install.
