Description:
We are upgrading from Bugzilla 2.16.3 to 2.18.  We are wanting to transfer the data in the older version of MySQL to the new release of MySQL.  Are there any utilities that will do this for us?

How to repeat:
Install new version of MySQL, and there is no data from the other version.

Suggested fix:
Utility to port data from one version of MySQL to another.
