Description:
Garbage restored from query history/favourites instead of cyrillic characters.
Didn't check other 'tricky' characters as I am not sure if they are set up correctly.

How to repeat:
Run some queries with cyrillic characters.
Try getting queries back from history. See that you get garbage instead of cyrillic chars.
