não consigo estabelecer uma conexão com o servidor local host.
tenho framework 4.5 e visual studio 2017

aparece uma mensagem dizendo:

 "componente externo acionou uma extensão"

How to repeat:
simplesmente tentando estabelecer uma conexão com  local host.
mesmo digitando a senha não consigo acessar.
