When installing SQL Server, the installer suggests downloading it from the Internet, and why I'm changing 8.0.11 instead of 5.7.22

Hello, it's strange, but now everything works, when choosing a custom installation, the SQL server version is selected correctly (5.7.22) and does not offer to download itself from the Internet. Thank you!
