Description:
On the clear new notebook, I installed MSVS 2017 Professional.
When I trying to install MySql (Server, Workbench) there is always failed check of prerequisites. It ask me to install C++ redis 2015 but I can't do it because installator always displays the error that never version of C++ Redis. already installed.
No way to complete the installation except uninstalling of Visual C++ Redis. 2017.

How to repeat:
Ensure that no Visual C++ Redistributalbe are insalled
install Visual C++ Redistibutables 2017
try to install mysql or workbench

Suggested fix:
Check version of prerequsites as >=
