Description:
Attempting to troubleshoot all existing connections missing from the MySQL for Excel pane, the COM Add-In option was removed from Excel options>Add-ins Manage Com Add-In window.
This removed the button for MySQL for Excel.
Attempted to add the vsto add-in and was informed it was not valid.
Completely uninstalled MySQL for Excel via the control panel. Downloaded the 1.3.7 installer and ran this on the affected machine.
Button still unavailable. Unable to add the COM Add-in back to the management window.
Vsto file appears to be available in the MySQL for Excel directory under program files(x86) but unable to add back.

How to repeat:
Open Excel

File>Options>Add-Ins

Choose COM Add-ins, and hit the "Go" Button.

Remove the MySQL for Excel COM-Add in

Suggested fix:
Have the MySQL for Excel installer check for this issue and update accordingly.

Hello Jason Wilcox,

Thank you for the bug report.
I could not repeat the issue at our end using with MySQL for Excel 1.3.7 version on Windows 10.
If you can provide more information, feel free to add it to this bug and change the status back to 'Open'.

Thank you for your interest in MySQL.

Thanks,
Chiranjeevi.

What version of Office 365 was used to attempt to repeat this? Screenshots supplied clearly show that the MySQL.ForExcel.vsto is not a valid Office Add-in.

This is Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 OS Build 16299.248
