Description:
Regarding this page:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-cpp/8.0/en/connector-cpp-apps-general-considerations.h...

The page says that VC++ Redistributable 2015 is required, yet it provides a link to the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.

How to repeat:
N/A

This page also has the same mismatch between the text and link on the page:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-cpp/8.0/en/connector-cpp-apps-windows-visual-studio.ht...

We should not link to a specific download page for VC++ redistributables. Instead, we should link to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/developer-tools.aspx.

The "Popular Developer software downloads" page happens to have the VS 2015 redist as the top link right now, but it won't stay that way over time. What's popular may not always correlate to what the MySQL connector requires. Ideally, you'd link to the specific redist and update that link when you update the connector to require a different redist.

Replaced problematic link with more generic link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/developer-tools.aspx
