Description:
Using the Table Data Import Wizard allows you to define a custom date format which is useful for converting date formats to a mysql compatible format.

The field has a tendency to disappear. It mostly appears the first time you need to import from a file. But it definitely disappears if you need to import more than one file.

How to repeat:
Right click on a Schema and select "Table Data Import Wizard"
Select a CSV file that contains DATE data and click NEXT
Assign the Field Type 'datetime' to the date field.

The Date Format field should appear bottom of the windows... resize it if it does not.

Subsequent imports this field just doesn't show up, even if you try to resize the window.

Suggested fix:
There are logs of UI bugs with Workbench... but this is the first one thats impacting functionality.

Hello Hubert,

Thank you for the bug report.
I could not repeat the issue at our end using with MySQL workbench 8.0.11 version.
Could you please provide repeatable steps (exact steps, screenshots etc. - please make it as private if you prefer) to confirm this issue at our end?

Thanks,
Chiranjeevi.

Thanks for looking at this. I have made a screen recording, but cannot upload to your SFTP server due to OpenSSL key invalidation (ie. your server is ancient) will find an older computer to do this tomorrow!

You can attach here using the Files tab with maximum size of 3MB so zip the file if needed.
