Description:
Sometimes tab can not be closed by Command+W, but it can be easily closed by clicking X on the tab itself.

How to repeat:
For example:

1. Open a table definition (from the tables list in schemas, click the settings icon).
2. Open another table definition, as in 1.
3. Press Command+W. Table definition is closed. Press again, you can't close the first open table definition. Click on the X, it works, it closes down.

It happens all the time.

Example 2:
1. Open very fast 4-5 empty tabs (pressing Command+T). Try to close them using Command+W, it doesn't work. Using the X, works fine. Might be connected to #79381.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 8.0.16 release, and here's the changelog entry:

Some keyboard shortcuts were unsuccessful when used properly.

Thank you for the bug report.
