Description:
We were able to reproduce a segmentation fault error that was already found in MariaDB (https://mariadb.atlassian.net/browse/MDEV-9225).

How to repeat:
Run

client/mysql_upgrade --defaults-file=10.0/1.cnf --port=3306 --
