Description:
I create a very wide table with only 9 rows of data.
I want to browse the table to see if my perl script of creates and inserts did the data correctly.
When I want to scroll to the right the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the result grid is missing.
When I try making the result grid taller the scroll bar appears, then disappears when I stop making the area taller.

appears to be fixed in 8.0.11 rc even though I couldn't find the bug in the bug database.
