Description:
mysqld dosent establish socket connectivity to startup the database instance. It doesnt boot up in the safe mode also. have tried all the preliminary steps to resolve the issue. but it is failing abdruptly to establish the socket connectivity

How to repeat:
Database is not started only the process is running. User connection and local socket connection fails to mysqld and mysqld_safe

Suggested fix:
Request your assistance in fixing this issue.
