Description:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/mysql-cluster-ndbd-definition.html#ndbparam-ndbd-i...

IndexStatAutoCreate and IndexStatAutoUpdate have this:
Type or units boolean
Default false
Range false, true

But putting "IndexStatAutoCreate=true" in config.ini causes ndb_mgmd to exit with return code 1.

It does seem to work with 0/1 intead of false/true.

How to repeat:
Try to use the values from the documentation in the config.ini

Suggested fix:
Either update docs to say boolean: 0/1 or get ndb_mgmd to accept true/false as valid options.

Hi,
testing with 7.6.5 and the error is properly displayed

2018-05-07 17:00:24 [MgmtSrvr] ERROR -- at line 7: Illegal integer value for parameter IndexStatAutoCreate
2018-05-07 17:00:24 [MgmtSrvr] ERROR -- at line 7: Could not parse name-value pair in config file.

hence it's clear integer value is required

Documentation unfortunately... well shows true/false so it's definitively a bug.

thanks
Bogdan
