Description:
Could you please adjust search in MySQL Workbench in Navigator Pane in SCHEMAS section:
1. Search by db name. Then in background search in all accessible schemas also by table names, sp names, ... Show in tree only matching items and its parent nodes. 

That way search will be useful for non-administrators who need to quickly navigate to table.

2. Use fuzzy search. Fuzzy search is used across various developer instruments like Visual Studio Code, Resharper, etc.

Bringing fuzzy search will help to faster navigate to tables, FKs and etc... without knowing their exact name.
