How to repeat:
Select "Manage Server Connection"  select "Test Connection".  No connection established.  

Suggested fix:
Help Establish connections.

I am trying to install MySQL and Workbench for the first time.

This is the error I get. 

"Failed to Connect ot MySQL at 127.0.0.1:3306 with user root.  Can't connect to MYSQL server on 127.0.0.1 (61)"

Please help me connect to the SQL Server.
