Description:
The bounded_queue unit test was written for benchmarking misc. possible priority queue implementations. The tests are currently obsolete, and a maintenance burden.

How to repeat:
Read the code

Suggested fix:
Remove them.

Fixed in 8.0.13.

Work was done for test suite. No changelog entry needed.
