How to repeat:
I suspect this only happens on high resolution monitors.  It happens on the built in screen on my Macbook Pro 15 and the 4K external screen I have.  The cursor changes to the resize cursor for an extremely brief period so that's it difficult to get it to 'catch'.  This happens on the horizontal bar for the Result Grid and Action Output.

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with a Thunderbolt display with resolution of 2560 x 1440, WorkBench 6.3.10.

Macbook 15 res is 2880 x 1800.  Would be worth testing beyond that atleast.
