When file change warning pops up it says 
File changes from outside MYSQL workbench.
Would you like to discard  your changes and reload it?

How to repeat:
When come back to workbench interface (when click it)

Thanks for your reply, sorry for the late update, I notice recently it no longer pops up this error massage!

Hello  Tracy,

Thank you for confirming that issue is no longer happening at your end.
I tried to repro on various instances but could not repeat the issue at our end using with MySQL workbench 6.3.10 version with MySQL 5.7.21 version.
For now closing this but If you encounter again and if you can provide more information, feel free to add it to this bug and change the status back to 'Open'.
