Description:
MySQL 4.0.23 (localhost)

MA does not display options from config file on the Options tab
The config file has several options including different directories and logs
The user for the file is root
The group for the file is wheel
The permission for the file are 644
Path to config file is /etc/my.cnf

How to repeat:
1) Connect to database
2) Click on Options panel
3) Options set in the config file are not active in the General Parameters or Log Files sections
