Description:
MySQL 4.0.23 (localhost)

Cannot delete a new database created with MA
New database does not have any tables

How to repeat:
1) Connect to database
2) Click on Catalogs panel
3) Click on new database created with MA
4) Click - button to delete database
5) Database is not deleted
