Description:
When MySQL Workbench is launched the following is displayed:

MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem
Failed to create an IPC Port:Access is denied.

Options are to Report Bug and Close. Because of this I am unable to run the workbench and therefore am unable to do any work on my databases. We have quite a few as a result this is having a severe business impact.

How to repeat:
run MySql Workbench version 5.2 CE on windows server 2003 r2. Error appears immediately after you double click to launch the .exe

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with latest version 6.3.10 and Windows 2003 isn't more supported.
