Description:
MySQL 4.0.23 (localhost)

Cannot create a new table in a new database that was created with MA
New database does not contain any tables

How to repeat:
1) Connect to database
2) Click on Catalogs panel
3) Click on new database that was created in MA
4) Choose Create Table... from the Table Actions popup menu
5) New table dialog is not displayed
