Description:
MySQL 4.0.23 (localhost)

After creating a new database (schema), the new database is not displayed in the table list

How to repeat:
1) Connect to database
2) Click on Catalogs panel
3) Click + button
4) Enter table name and click OK button
5) Table is created in data directory but is not displayed in table list
6) If quit MA and then reconnect, table is displayed
