Description:
Cannot add comments to closed bugs created by me. Clicking on add comments gets me to the edit submission screen. If I want to add/change anything, the bug system returns that I cannot edit closed bugs and I should add a comment!

Suggested fix:
Closed bugs should still be editable. For example, the user should be able to reopen bug reports if bug persists.

The solution, as the error message states, is to add a comment (which IS possible) and if the comment is relevant, the MySQL Team will re-open the bug and set it to an appropriate state.
