Description:
MySQL Workbench should tell the user that an open EER diagram file has been modified outside and ask him if it should be reloaded.

This would allow multiple people to work on the same EER diagram e.g. on a network share.

How to repeat:
1. User1 opens .mwb file on network share
2. User2 opens the same .mwb file on network share
3. User2 changes something, saves
4. User1 should be notified that the file changed and asked if it should be reloaded.
