Description:
PreferencePane bundle in /Library/PreferencePanes/MySQL.prefPane/Contents/MacOS lacks a binary, the MacOS directory, where the binary should resist, is empty. So, the MySQL.prefPane doesn't work, when invoked per click.

How to repeat:
Install mysql-8.0.4-rc-macos10.13-x86_64.dmg.
Click onto MySQL.prefPane in system preferences. It should open and work, but it doesn't.

Suggested fix:
Provide a working MySQL.prefPane bundle with a working binary within.
