Description:
Have python-paramiko 1.16 installed.

How to repeat:
Install workbench from apt:
deb [arch=amd64] https://repo.mysql.com/apt/ubuntu/ xenial mysql-tools
repo, patch to latest python3,
create TCP/IP over SSH connection with private key and try connect.
