Description:
Can't install Connector/ODBC 5.3.9 x86 on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x86.
Nothing happens at all after starting mysql-connector-odbc-5.3.9-win32.msi

After starting Install.bat or myodbc-installer.exe from unzipped mysql-connector-odbc-noinstall-5.3.9-win32.zip we have error message "myodbc-installer.exe is not Win32 application".

Version 5.2.7 (mysql-connector-odbc-5.2.7-win32.msi) was installed succesfully.

How to repeat:
1. Start mysql-connector-odbc-5.3.9-win32.msi - nothing happens.

2. Download and unzip to folder mysql-connector-odbc-noinstall-5.3.9-win32.zip
Start Install.bat or simply start myodbc-installer.exe

Per the MySQL Support Lifecycle policy regarding ending support for OS versions that are obsolete or have reached end of life, we plan to discontinue building all MySQL binaries for Microsoft Windows 2003 Server.
