Description:
The bug shows The procedure entry point fesetround could not be located in the dynamic link library
C:\xxxx\Mysql\bin\mysqld.exe

This happens when i went to cmd, using "cd" command get into bin folder/ execute command as mysqld -install

How to repeat:
Download 5.7.20 patch
Changed environment under windows to Mysql file
adding %Mysql%\bin into Path

Then, Go to cmd, go to bin folder

Type in: mysqld -install

The error pops up

Suggested fix:
N/A

Thank you for the bug report.
I could not repeat the issue at our end using command line and Windows Installer with 5.7.20 version.
