Description:
Every time I open a second DB connection tab MySQL Workbench crashes immediately before connecting.

So if I connect to open database, say local MySQL server, and try connect to a different server, the program just closes and Windows shows the usual close or debug dialog:

[Window Title]
MySQL Workbench

[Main Instruction]
MySQL Workbench has stopped working

[Content]
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

[Debug] [Close program]

How to repeat:
1. Connect to some database using Database -> Connect to database
2. Connect to another database while the first tab is still open

Thank you for the bug report. Which kind of connection are you using?. I couldn't repeat connecting remote on local network and other local host connection.

It crashes even if I connect to two different databases on the same local server. If I close the first connection before opening a new one it doesn't crash.

The local server that I'm using is MariaDB 10.2. Let me know if you need any configuration files or other info.

Thank you for the feedback. The server you are connecting is unsupported.

I have this same issue. Are you saying MySQL Workbench does not support Maria DB connections? Because that would be a real bummer.
