Description:
In this very bug reporting form, the field "How to repeat" is required, but that's not shown. There is no "*" next to its label, nor any other indication that this field is required.

How to repeat:
- go to send a bug report
- try to send it without filling in the field "How to repeat"

Expected: Either the field should not be required, or if it is (as it is), then an asterisk should be displayed next to it since the very beginning

Observed: there's no asterisk next to the "How to repeat" field the first time you are presented the form, as if the field was not required. After you send the form without the field, you get an error message because it IS required, and then (only then) there IS an asterisk next to it.

Which by the way makes you feel stupid, because you think "Oh, I hadn't noticed the asterisk!"
