Description:
I want to flush method for counter of max_connect_errors.

MySQL Server's max_connect_errors has following flush methods.

 - FLUSH HOSTS statement
 - mysqladmin flush-hosts command

 * https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/server-system-variables.html#sysvar_max_connect_er...

However, I can't flush MySQL Router's max_connect_errors, except MySQL Router restart. It is inconvenient.

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
Adding flush method for counter of max_connect_errors
