Thank you for the bug report. The server MariaDB isn't supported by WorkBench.

Hi there, Thanks for the reply at first, and yes I thought it was because of the MariaDB, so I turned to MySQL Server 5.7 and made it running on Windows for the database server. Then I opened workbench and tried to do the reverse engineering, but the result was the same. Workbench generated an error message saying there was a bug.
